Return & Exchange Policy

At Noor Outfits, we value your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Return & Exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Items with stains, marks, perfume or body odors, damages, or water stains will not be accepted.
• Used items will not be eligible for return or exchange.
• Exchanges will be made at the current price of the item.
  

How to Return:

• Please include the return form with your parcel and clearly mention the reason for the return.
• Return shipping must be done through a traceable service (courier or registered post) at the customer’s expense.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable. In the case of free delivery, Rs. 250 will be deducted from the refund as delivery cost.

Processing Time:

• Refunds will be processed within 24 hours after receiving the returned items.
